Who's the actress in "out is Through"?

Who's the actress in the Alanis Morrissette "Out Is Through" video - ginger with the high pony-tail trying to get to the gig? Both my girlfriend and I are sure we recognise her (almost as strongly as if we actually *know* her) but neither of can put a name to the face, and my google-fu is failing. Anyone put us out of our misery?
