Synergetics Dictionary, Where?

Where can I find a copy of Synergetics Dictionary?

This was a 4 volume dictionary compiled by E.J. Applewhite of terminology and language used by R. Buckminster Fuller. I believe it was published in the early 1980's. I would like to purchase a copy of it for my own collection. Cannot find it through Amazon.

(Admittedly, that's not a published version. But Ed Applewhite's email address is on that site-- perhaps you could just ask him about it.)

I have a copy. I'm not sure I want to sell it, but I haven't used it in awhile...
