Software that makes random movies from photos.

I'm on Mac/iPhone. The Photos apps on both platforms can make movies from specific user created albums or people it recognizes within the Photos app. However, those movies are the exact same, meaning they use the same photos for the movie. Is there a way to force said Photos app to randomize the photos or at least choose some different movies each time it plays the movie? Is there a Mac/iPhone/web based app that can do this?
Basically, I'd like to play about movie that is auto correct from a folder or collection of photos about person/subject X, watch it, and once its over, click a button and have another movie start that contains different photos from the same folder or collection about person/subject X. The photos don't have to be completely different and the auto music can stay the same (though an option to randomly change it would be nice).
Ideally I'd be able to do this infinite number of times.
